    This is a vintage "Sailboat" keychain puzzle from Best Corp. under their branding "Put & Take Apart Key-Chain Puzzles."  It was made in Hong Kong.
    Measurements of the sailboat inside the package are about 1.5" high, 1.5" wide, and 0.5" thick.
    Instructions are included inside the package.
