Vintage National Swing gate bulldog rebuilds in excellent lightly used condition. These two rare coil gems are in amazing condition and they run like brand new machines. I bought these from Indiana native Brian Allen, who used these machines in the 1990s until the og parts had worn down and it was time for a rebuild. He wasn’t really into messing with or building coil machines so he took them to Roy Boy to be rebuilt. He said Roy Boy and Jeff rebuilt them, I’m not sure who Jeff is but this is what I was told. He couldn’t remember the exact dates but it was around 1998 when they were rebuilt, then they were used a couple times and put in storage. They need a good polishing because there’s some oxidation on the parts and a couple light faded spots on the frame finish. I’ve included a vintage set of 8 wrap new old stock National coils, 1 vintage silver national contact screw, 1 1993 National spring set, and various vintage National springs and 1 Spaulding rear spring. I thought the Rebuild might have been earlier then 1998, but judging by the added parts themselves that sounds right. Flaws- one of them has some light scratches on one side of the front binding post, there’s a couple faded/worn spots on the nickel finish that might just need to be polished but maybe not ( not rusted or flaky, but a couple small spots that look lighter in tone). The Coil cores, springs, and A bars have a light patina/ oxidation that could be removed, besides the minor issues I listed these coil machines are looking fantastic and they are turned, and ready to work. Brian Allen is an honest and straightforward OG who was pleasant to deal with, them being rebuilt by Roy wasn’t a big selling point or anything just something we discussed after I inquired about his National Machines. I completely believe these are exactly what he said they are, and I just happened to contact him when he was moving and selling off his old tattoo equipment. These were the last of his collection. This is probably the best deal on here, don’t pass this up. I sincerely mean that, not a sales tactic. Many of these coils i have listed are way lower then I’ve ever seen them priced. I’m only doing this once.
